Led by a strong and experienced teaching faculty, our aim is for this training to be the highest standard of its kind.  The course has been designed to provide teachers with both the technical and communication skills required to give their students a truly outstanding experience each and every time they attend class. 


Expect a strong, safe and creative training where you will gain a wide and solid foundation of traditional yoga. The training will honour the traditional lineage of yoga and classical philosophy, whilst taking advantage of the many  modern scientifically based advancements of asana techniques and teaching methods. The training is modules based and will equip teachers with the tools necessary for life as a certified yoga teacher.

  • How to run your yoga business - marketing and practical business tools

mentoring programme

As part of our commitment to produce the finest teachers we feel it is important that our students have access to a supportive mentoring programme.  Students will have the opportunity to teach classes at Indaba and receive feedback from experienced teachers on these classes. Students will also have complimentary access to the full range of classes at Indaba during the teacher training thereby gaining first hand experience of some the great classes and teaching at Indaba.

Included in the teacher training are 3 x 2 hr Mentoring Workshops with Ambra Vallo at Indaba studio Marylebone to support you post training. Please note these are not compulsory and will not be re-scheudled if you cannot attend.

Payable in full, upon acceptance on to the course (includes a £500 non-refundable deposit)



£500 non-refundable deposit payable upon acceptance on to the course, followed by six consecutive monthly payments of £500 paid by direct debit. The first direct debit payment must be made by 22nd October.
